The Mid-Atlantic Region of the VMCCA was formed December 6, 1998, with the
purpose to supplement the activities of the VMCCA. We are an active group that
promotes touring and fellowship with cars 25 years old or older. Our members
would rather drive their cars on tours, visiting sites of interest, than spend the
day at car shows and car judging events. Our first tour was to Maryland in April
1999 with 8 cars and 16 people. We have grown to over 80 families participating
on many local tours and some as far away as Cape Cod and Kentucky. Our
members drive cars from the 1920s to the early 1980s. Although most tours
include a car related stop, the majority are of interest to everyone. As with most
old car clubs, eating is an important part of all of our tours.
